    No se cortan en decirlo ni un pelo en el Departamento de Personal de Madrid , como si fuera la cosa mas natural del mundo .

    Bueno la verdad es que para ellos es la cosa mas natural del mundo el pagar cuando les viene en gana , mas del 70% de los trabajadores de esta empresa no toma ninguna accion al respecto.

    Pues eso a pagar segun los usos y costumbres de la empresa tarde , tarde y para abril pues mas tarde.

    Veo Sargento de Hierro que estás encendidisimo y no es para menos, eso es así y siempre lo ha sido. La empresa paga cuando quiere y de la forma que quiere, porque así se lo hemos permitido todos (unos mas que otros) !porqué ba a cambiar Esabe su comportamiento¡ si nadie en conjunto le ha puesto el menor imconveniente para ello.Y cuando ha habido el menor indicio se lo han cargado fulminantemente con el beneplacito del comite de empresa y Sindicatos representativos en el comite de la sede central.En fin no te quemes tanto la sangre Sargento de Hierro ya que no es bueno para la salud. Te lo digo por esperiencia.

    Es cierto por lo menos en lo que se refiere al pago de la extra con cheque tengo entendido que en correos cobraron el dia 15 porque el cliente le ha dado un ultimatun.

    Así es. En el pliego de condiciones generales de los contratos de servicios para Correos, éste exige el cumplimiento del Convenio y demás legislación laboral por parte de la empresa contratista.

    Bueno hoy he vuelto a poner la correspondiente denuncia en la inspeccion
    Y sin animo de ofender a nadie me da pena de los compañeros que tenemos que encima de no hacer lo mismo encontrandose en la misma situacion encima critican al que lo hace si esta empresa se porta asi es gracias a nosotros pero bueno es algo con lo que no se puede discutir

    Bueno, hoy no pude ir con los compis a poner la denuncia, así que fueron ellos y pusieron dos, por retraso de la paga extra... se me adelantaron un día... jijiji...

    A ver si uno de estos días os cuelgo algunas cositas. Os adelanto, que la inspección de trabajo le metió más de 22.000 euros entre abonos de cotizaciones y recargos.

    Y en otro post pondré algo para el nuevo Director Regio gio gio gio anal... de Galicia.

    Yo fui el miercoles a poner la denuncia por retraso en el salario de febrero y hoy llevo la de la paga , y me ire preparando la del salario de marzo , menos mal que solo hay que cambiar la fecha porque siempre es la misma historia.
